How much does the service cost?
This is a free service available to all MEU students, faculty and staff. Standard wireless provider text rates apply. The MEU Libraries do not assume any responsibility for any charges your cell phone provider may assess you for sending or receiving messages while using this service.
What kinds of questions should I ask through text?
Simple, quick questions. Questions that require lengthier responses should be directed to the Ask a Librarian- By Phone.
What kind of response will I get?
Answers will be simple and quick. When the service is open, a prompt reply is sent. When the service is closed, a reply is sent the next day the service is open.
Is the Text a Librarian private and secure?
Your wireless number is kept confidential.
